I’ve been following a brand new training program for a fellow Fit Pro over the last couple of weeks and one key part of the Nutrition is the consumption of shakes. That reminded me of this video I shot a little while ago with fellow fit pro Lauren Sutherland on how to make a Fat Burning Smoothie!

I know a lot of you guys really struggle with ideas for breakfast as well as for time on a morning. I’m exactly the same and the smoothie’s I’ve been having have not only re-fuelled me after my workout but also provided me with heaps of essential nutrients and have kept me full right up until lunch time!
