Do You Crave Ice Cream on your Diet or while following your Nutrition Plan? I know I certainly do!

The good news is, I’ve found the solution! Yes, here it is, Guilt Free Ice Cream, now you can indulge in some cold refreshing Ice Cream over the summer without risking ruining your results – and I’ve got to say it tastes fantastic too!

Guilt Free Ice Cream
  • One Large Punnet of Raspberries (preferably Organic)
  • One Large Tub or Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
  • an optional ½ teaspoon of Stevia (see below)
  1. Wash the berries then add to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. If you want to sweeten your guilt free Ice Cream a little you can add in ½ teaspoon of Stevia and blend it in
  3. Add the tub of Total 0% Greek Yoghurt and the contents of the blender to a bowl
  4. Mix everything together until creamy
  5. If you have an Ice Cream Maker pour the contents into it and follow the instructions supplied with it
  6. Otherwise spoon into a dish and place in the freezer until frozen!

Simples, you can now enjoy a Guilt Free Ice Cream that’s not only packed with Protein from the yoghurt but also loaded with anti oxidents from the berries and the best part of all is it won’t spoil your diet or nutrition plan!

Stevia is a natural sweetener that has a negligible effect on blood glucose levels. The leaves of the stevia plant have 30–45 times the sweetness of sucrose (table sugar) having a GI (glycemic index) of zero, yet without the problems associated with other natural sweetners such as the high fructose Agave Nectar

You can substitute the raspberries for any other berries, but if you do choose Strawberries be sure to go with organic as Strawberries are one of the most sprayed crops meaning the non-organic variants have been covered in pesticides.
