This week I must be feeling super kind as I’ve decided to post a FREE Fat Melting Workout that’s scientifically proven to keep you burning body fat for up to 48 hours after you’ve trained! Yep that long! …and what’s even better is it only takes 30 minutes to do.  Imagine that – you could train for only 30 minutes and still be burning calories from the workout upto 48 hours later! It’s all down to a phenomenon called EPOC which I’ll cover another time. However to put it in comparision, if you were to go out and do a Zumba class or maybe run for 30 minutes at a steady pace you’d literally only be burning calories for a couple of hours afterwards! Maximum!

OK, so let’s get down to it, all you’ll need is a stopwatch…

We’re going to do a five exercise circuit where we’ll be doing each exercise in turn for 45 seconds before having a 15 second rest then hitting up the next exercise…. here goes…

  • 45 seconds Squats
  • 15 second rest
  • 45 seconds Push Ups
  • 15 second rest
  • 45 seconds Reverse Lunge
  • 15 seconds rest
  • 45 seconds Burpees
  • 15 seconds rest
  • 45 seconds Plank

That’s it – pretty simple yeh? Once you’ve gone through the circuit once (it’ll take 5 minutes) take a 1 minute rest before completing it another four times through – giving a total of 5 circuits!

If you’re lucky enough to have any dumbbells, a kettle bell or any other weights lying around you could use these too, to add in a little bit of extra resistance on the squats and Reverse Lunges
