Wheat Free Healthy Chicken / Turkey Pizza

  • 2 Turkey steaks (You can also use butterfly chicken breasts)
  • Tomato purée
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Peppers, chopped
  • Prawns
  • Goat’s cheese, grated
  • Clove of garlic (chopped)
  • One red chilli (chopped)
  1. Mix the chopped garlic and chilli with the tomato purée to make the pizza sauce
  2. Smear the 'pizza sauce' on top of the turkey steaks / butterfly chicken breasts.
  3. Place chopped red onion, peppers and prawns on top of the pizza sauce
  4. Pop in the oven on 200C/400F/Gas mark 6 for 15 mins,
  5. Remove from the oven and cover in the grated goat’s cheese and place back in the oven for a further 5-10 mins until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve with sliced roasted parsnip’s (roasted in coconut oil) and a huge green salad.
