Guilt Free Ice Cream
  • One Large Punnet of Raspberries (preferably Organic)
  • One Large Tub or Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
  • an optional ½ teaspoon of Stevia (see below)
  1. Wash the berries then add to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. If you want to sweeten your guilt free Ice Cream a little you can add in ½ teaspoon of Stevia and blend it in
  3. Add the tub of Total 0% Greek Yoghurt and the contents of the blender to a bowl
  4. Mix everything together until creamy
  5. If you have an Ice Cream Maker pour the contents into it and follow the instructions supplied with it
  6. Otherwise spoon into a dish and place in the freezer until frozen!
