Do you want to get into great shape, with a hour of Fitness Fun? All in aid of the Children’s Leukaemia Wards at Newcastle R.V.I

On 20th November 2012, 17 month old Archie Holder McNish was diagnosed with leukaemia. Having initially been admitted to Sunderland’s Royal Hospital for tests he was later transferred by ambulance to the Great North Children’s Hospital at the R.V.I in Newcastle.

Here Archie underwent chemotherapy treatment along with a whole bunch of other procedures that were distressing to both himself and his parents. Fortunately, Archie is well on his way to recovery and after a request to help out from one of my clients I’m going to be holding a special one-off Super Saturday Bootcamp to raise money for wards 4 and 14 at the Newcastle RVI, where Archie spent so much time during his treatments.

Why not come and join us? Saturday 23rd February, meet at 9.00am in the Seaburn Centre Car Park, Seaburn, Sunderland.

Super Saturday’s are unlike any of my standard bootcamp sessions, why? Because I get my toys out! Yes, kettle-bells  bands, straps, battling ropes and of cause, you’ll also get the chance to experience The Growler!

Are you brave enough to take on The Growler?

Please come along and help support us, take your turn The Growler ….it’s not just for guys either! And support the work they do at Newcastle RVI for the other very ill children. Thank’s

If you’d like to come along and support or join us, please comment below or drop me an email to

PS – Please could you do me a massive favour and share this blog post? We really do want to help raise as much money as possible and we can only do that by getting people to come down on Saturday morning and support us
